1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all brokerage, advisory, and related services provided by M&R Invest, operated by Mark Pinkasovych, in connection with residential and investment real estate opportunities in Germany.
2. Services
M&R Invest provides professional brokerage and advisory services relating to residential and commercial real estate, including:
- Property sourcing
- Investment opportunities
- Property acquisitions
- Property sales
- Market research
- Investment consulting
- Property viewings
- Negotiation support
The exact scope of services is agreed individually with each client.
3. Information Accuracy
Property information provided by M&R Invest is based on information received from owners, sellers, developers, and third parties. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of such information.

4. Brokerage Fees
Brokerage fees, commissions, or advisory fees are subject to separate agreements between M&R Invest and the respective client and become payable upon the conclusion of the relevant agreement or transaction.

5. Confidentiality
All information, property details, and documents provided by M&R Invest are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
6. Commission
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, brokerage commissions are payable upon the successful conclusion of a property transaction or brokerage agreement.
The amount of the commission will be agreed with the client before any transaction is completed.
7. Accuracy of Information
All property information is provided in good faith based on information supplied by owners, developers, or third parties.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, M&R Invest cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
8. Liability
M&R Invest shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information during the brokerage process and to use any confidential property information solely for evaluating potential transactions.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, where legally permissible.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
